What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?

My reason for not voting for the Impact Fee:
The money from the Impact Fee will go into the General Fund to cover the underfunded Operating Budget.

The site is now almost 24 hours old. I was a little surprised by the amount of traffic the site received over the past 24 hours. For slightly less than 24 hours old, these are good stats for a site only dealing with a local issue:
Over 7000 hits.
Over 100 visitors for March 2nd.
Almost 1500 page views [...]
I feel the POA has a responsibility to establish a reserve for replacement. Reserves are necessary and should be placed in a ‘Trust Account’ and used for what they are intended; the replacement of infrastructure in a community.
