What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?
To my way of thinking, the correct sequence for building or repairing any facility or amenity at Big Canoe would be to present the requirement to the POA MEMBERS. After receiving approval by a majority of members, the board could then proceed with design,funding and constructing the approved project. I am absolutely against any super fund or initiation fee!!!!!!
