		<description>I love your thought process - more importantly you may get a purchaser here in Big Canoe because of the fee and the fact that a buyer has to even deal with it.  Call your Real Estate consultant and have them go over the number of sales closed in our community for 2006/2007 and now the few in 2008.  The fact that this has even come up in this manner has damaging potential on prospective buyers.  Some of the real estate consultants have shared this with buyers in hopes of getting them off the fence to buy when values are so good in here - and comments back have been "no way" - they want nothing to do with it.  Great Thinking - anyone else have a take on this!  </description>
