What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?
I would liken the approval of any fee to the purchase of a bigger fish tank, where the fish simply grow to the size of their environment. If we have a bigger capital expenditure budget, we’ll only end up with bigger capital expenditures, we’ll constantly have to keep feeding the monster we’ve created.

The property owners are always paying cost for the the developer, ie roads, fire protection etc. There was no such fee explained to us when we purchased!

Five million was approved to build Sconti, what is the cost now? Big Canoe Management lack fiscal responsiblity in all management areas! Stop these run away cost. Manage to budget!
