What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?
I keep hearing about foreclosures on this board as well as other places in Big Canoe. Can anyone provide any data over the last 4 years regarding foreclosures or homes that transfered title deed in lieu of foreclosure? I see the data shows there are significant price reduction and sales volume declines as expected.
Also, does anyone know the number of lots/homes in the POA that are late in payment? How many liens does the POA currently have outstanding?
