I was just checking the Smoke Signals and I saw this story, “Developer announces Potts Mountain delay.”  Read the article for all the details, but the gist of it is that the developer is holding off on further devleopment on Potts Mountain due to the bad real estate market.  Is now the right time to further strain the local real estate market?
