Many of the questions regarding the proposed fee have been addressed in the the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for the Capital Initiation Fee.  I have tried to make the document a little easier to navigate by placing all questions as bullet points at the top of the document and linking them to the answers.   Just click on the question, and you’ll be redirected to the answer! Please be sure to check it out as the FAQ seems to be a good faith effort at answering many of the issues regarding the fee.
