Earlier today I spoke with Bob Crouch, President of the Big Canoe POA, regarding http://4kfee.com as well as the proposed fee. First, I want to thank Mr. Crouch for taking the time to speak with me and allowing me to explain what 4kfee.com is all about. We discussed the idea of this site being used as an open forum for all sides to express their opinions. One concern Mr. Crouch voiced was that it is much easier to be critical than it is to provide a solution to a problem. I think this is a valid point and something to keep in mind if you are critical of the proposal in its current form. Keep in mind that the proposed Capital Initiation Fee is still evolving, and your suggestions and alternatives may very well help shape the final state of this proposal.
Mr. Crouch also agreed to pass along questions and suggestions from 4kfee.com to the Long Term Finance Committee (LTFC). So, if you have a question or suggestion, please post it on http://4kfee.com, and the LTFC will do their best to provide answers which I will post on their behalf. Of course, they are also welcome to post directly on the site as well. Providing answers to comments in a central location should make it easier for everyone to stay informed. Again, I want to thank Mr. Crouch for his time - it was very much appreciated.

1. Please ask the person, who will provide the answers to our questions, to read Promise #1 of The Six Promises - Truthfulness. Ask him or her to make this promise.
2. Please ask him or her to have the other people involved in supplying the answers, “to read” and “to make” the same promise.
3. Please verify on your Web site that everyone made Promise #1 to you.
Thanks
