What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?
I received an email this afternoon regarding the CIF. The pertinent text reads:
You should see today a white paper describing the ongoing process leading to a property owner vote. A second set of FAQ’s is included.
There was no indication as to where it will be posted but my guess is the Smoke Signals Online. I look forward to reading this, and I hope it answers some of the questions that were submitted from http://4kfee.com !

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackUpdate from a POA board member:
“It was supposed to be in Smoke Signals Online yesterday..should see it there soon..it will also be in hardcopy edition in April. There will be one a week leading to the Town Hall meeting.”
I still have no idea why the new FAQ has not been posted. I do believe that the POA and LTFC have come up with additional info, but for whatever reason neither the Smoke Signals or webmaster have posted the FAQ or whitepaper.
I just received an email that the white paper is available in the mail room. The only guess on the Smoke Signals Online delay is that the online editor is unavailable due to illness in the family.
