How will the LTFC make sure that the June election on the Capital Initiation Fee is democratic?
As it is now, the Developer’s large block/s-of-votes will decide the outcome of this election, as they did with the Sconti Rebuild election.
Would the LTFC members please read Promise #6 of The Six Promises?

How many votes (votes that he can use in Big Canoe’s elections) does the Developer control in his personal block-of-votes?
Note that the Sconti Restaurant/Amenities election was won by only 46 votes.
Likewise, how many votes does the time-share associations control in their blocks-of-votes?
