Just saw the announcement that Jim Storey would be leaving to take a better job at Druid Hills.  I think this is great news for the communnity.  This is not necessarily a slam at Jim because I think he meant well and put forth an effort.  However, it is beyond question that his position was not needed and should not be filled again.  The announcement seems to indicate that the board will be studying the organization, so maybe they will see the light.  Personally, it seems to me that we have professional people running each amenity and there is no reason they can’t simply report to the GM.

Anyway, this would be a good time to contact the board members and express an opinion.
