What are your thoughts on the proposed fee?
A note to the 4kfee.com and ResponsiblePOA.com websites members:
Last year was the first time in the history of this community that a few property owners were able to band together and to overcome the dictatorial control of the POA Board. Even though governance has not changed in Big Canoe, the POA Board has been made aware that some property owners will no longer accept business as usual.
To those of you who have worked to change this Board, thank you.
4kfee.com is designed to be an Open Forum for discussing the proposed Capital Initiation Fee in the Coummunity of Big Canoe. Some residents are for the proposal, some against, some are still undecided. Regardless or your position, you are encouraged to voice your opinion.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI am presently looking and considering living full-time in BC… Reading this board is giving me second thoughts. Just hire Dick Scharf as the GM and let him allocate salaries…! Things will change then.
