Why wasn’t the POA Board able to impose their ¾ % Exit Fee on the residents of Big Canoe? It was because the residents were NOT stampeded into another Sconti type election where we were given only 30 days to decide. More time provided the residents with enough time to investigate the Board’s claims.
Democracy works best when you don’t let politicians hurry you into agreeing with their pre-decided decisions.
Thank you, 4kfee.com and responsiblePOA.com for getting the word (truth) out on the Exit Fee (CIF) election. Hopefully, we will never again be pushed into another quick election like the Sconti election; never again will millions of community dollars be wasted on no-bid contracts or other types of unwarned structured fees.
