You can either create a post or leave a comment. A comment is made in reference to a post and can be left without registering your name or logging in. If you want to leave a “real” comment, make a post. It’s easy. On the left hand side of the page is a heading title “Site Tools If you have not registered, do so now by clicking the “Register” menu item. You will need to register with an email address you receive mail at. This is so you can receive an email with your initial password (which an be changed by you later). Let me point out again that NONE of the information on this site leaves the site. That is, your email address is not sold or traded.
Once you are registered:
- Click on “Make A New Post!”
- Login with yor user name and password.
- In the space labeled ‘Title’, place a title for your post. For example, “I think the Proposed Fee is a Super Idea”.
- In the large area labeled ‘Post’, start writing your post. You do not need to use the toolbar located above your text, but feel free to experiment with it. It’s pretty much like any other word processing software you may have used.
- You can upload pictures. Optional. No adult material or anything inflammatory!
- You may also use tags if you like but it is not really needed. Optional.
- You may save your work at any time by using the ‘Save and Continue Editing’ button.
- To help keep posts organized, please select a Category from the right hand side of the page. The default choice is “Every Thought Counts”, but you may also choose “For It”, “Against It”, or “Not Sure Yet”.
- When you are finished, use the ‘Publish’ button.
